Designation of Additional Paying Agents and Co-Registrar. The Issuer may, upon payment of any expenses incurred in connection therewith and with the written consent of the Trustee, cause the necessary arrangements to be made through the Trustee for the designation of additional paying agents as specified by the Issuer for the making available of funds for the payment of such of the Series 2023-A Notes as are presented when due at the principal or other designated office of said additional paying agents. The Trustee may designate a co-Registrar who may perform the duties of Registrar on behalf of the Trustee, and all references herein to Registrar shall include any such co-Registrar.
