Designation of Local Representative by Xxxxxx. Lessee shall at all times retain in the local area a qualified, competent and experienced representative to supervise its operations and authorized to represent and act for Lessee in matters pertaining to the day-to-day conduct of Xxxxxx's business operations on the Premises. During any temporary periods of absence by said representative, an alternate representative of Lessee with like authorization must be present. Lessee shall at all times keep the Director advised as to who Xxxxxx's authorized representative is and how immediate communication can be established with that representative on a 24-hour basis in the event of an emergency.
