DESIGNATION OF MEMBER SECRETARY. The person nominated or authorized by the Institution shall be the Member Secretary. The Member Secretary shall be solely responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of the Managing Council and shall implement all the recommendations / decisions of the Managing Council.
