Managing Council definition

Managing Council means a body established at University or college level to advise the president or dean on strategic issues and on other cases that the president or dean believes require collective examination as well as serve as a forum for monitoring, coordination and evaluation of institutional or college operations.
Managing Council has the meaning given in clause (c)(ii) of Schedule 2. Public Purpose has the meaning given section 7.4(2) of the Act. Note: Section 7.4(2) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Xxx 0000 states: ‘A public purpose includes (without limitation) any of the following:
