Common use of Designation of Order Fulfillers Clause in Contracts

Designation of Order Fulfillers. A. Successful Respondent may designate Order Fulfillers to act as the distributors for products and services available under this Contract. In designating Order Fulfillers, Successful Respondent must be in compliance with the State’s Policy on Utilization of Historically Underutilized Businesses. DIR and Successful Respondent will agree on the number of Order Fulfillers that are Historically Underutilized Businesses as defined by the CPA.
