Designation of the Parties. ‌ This Agreement is by and between the City of Santa Xxxx, hereinafter referred to as “CITY”, and the Santa Xxxx Management Association, hereinafter referred to as “ASSOCIATION”. Collectively, the CITY and ASSOCIATION are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”.
