Designation of the Parties. AGESC is a registered broker-dealer and distributor of the variable life insurance policies and/or annuity contracts or certificates set forth in Schedule A. USL is a New York licensed life insurance company issuing the variable products set forth on Schedule A and any successor or additional products registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") and approved by the New York Insurance Department (as discussed in Paragraph (c) of this section entitled "NEW PRODUCTS") and shall be collectively referred to herein as the "Contracts."
