Designs/Specifications; Manufacturing Processes. Arthrex shall retain sole ownership of the designs and specifications provided by it for Products, to the extent that such designs and specifications constitute proprietary Confidential Information, as defined in Section 8 herein. Bovie shall retain sale ownership of all design and specifications, manufacturing processes, including, but not limited to, injection or insert molding, and assembly and packaging procedures, which processes shall constitute proprietary Confidential Information, as defined in Section 8 herein.
