Provide basic support functions, including the installation and/or redeployment of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and office software; troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and cloud applications problems, configuring of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other types of equipment for standard application; identification and correction of user hardware problems, with advanced troubleshooting as needed; maintenance of an updated inventory in Remedy of all related computer hardware and providing general help desk support services.
