Detailed During Study Clause Samples
The "Detailed During Study" clause requires that specific information or actions be provided or performed while a study is ongoing. In practice, this may involve the collection and reporting of data, updates on progress, or the disclosure of interim findings as the study progresses. This clause ensures that all relevant parties remain informed and that the study is conducted transparently, addressing the need for ongoing oversight and timely communication during the research process.
Detailed During Study. If an employee is detailed to a position during a reclassification study, the employee shall be credited with time served in the detailed position, subject to the following conditions:
1. The employee is selected for the position.
2. The employee served in the position during the time of the reclassification study. In the event the department utilizes a rotational process for detailing employees, the selected employee shall receive service credit (classification seniority) for the detail time spent.
