Determination of Adient Group Employees. For purposes of this Section 6.01, it is contemplated that some or all of the Adient U.S. Welfare Plans or Benefit Plans providing leave benefits may be established prior to the Effective Time. In such event, all references to “Adient Group Employees” in this Section 6.01 shall mean and refer to individuals employed by a member of the Adient Group as of immediately prior to the date of establishment of such plan.
