Determination of authorized Users and access rights. In accordance with applicable law and this E-MOU, the Data Governing Board shall: (a) establish a process to approve the Users who are to have access to data (de-identified or identified) and are named in the Data Sharing Request Form, and (b) establish the parameters for Data Transmission and Data destruction.
