Entitlements are determined by the Register and only the registered holder of the Notes represented by this Unrestricted Global Note is entitled to payment in respect of this Unrestricted Global Note. The Register shall be conclusive as to the nominal amount of Notes outstanding as represented by this Unrestricted Global Note.
