Common use of Determination of Hearing Officer Clause in Contracts

Determination of Hearing Officer. Within thirty (30) days from the date of the hearing or from the date such hearing is waived, the hearing officer shall render his Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, which shall indicate and determine if any disciplinary action shall be imposed and the nature thereof. A copy of said Findings and Fact and Conclusions of Law shall be served on the Employee and filed with the Mayor and the Office of the Township Administrator.
