Determination of In-School Assignments. a. Assignments within schools shall be the prerogative of the Principal or designate. In determining assignments, the Principal or designate shall consider the following: i. qualifications of the teachers in the school, ii. experience of the teachers in the school, iii. training of the teachers in the school, and iv. equitable distribution of workload, and v. personal preferences of the teachers in the school. b. Assignments will not be used as a culpable discipline measure.
