Determination Of Steering Committee. Not later than thirty (30) days after the commencement of good-faith negotiations, if the Steering Committee renders an agreed resolution on the matter in dispute, then both MSC and MPM shall be bound thereby. If the Steering Committee has not resolved the matter in dispute within thirty (30) days after the commencement of good-faith negotiations, either MSC or MPM may submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with Section 12.05.
