Determination of Trustworthiness. No person shall be given access to clas- sified information or material unless a favorable determination has been made as to his trustworthiness. The deter- mination of eligibility, referred to as a security clearance, shall be based on such investigations as the Bank may require in accordance with the stand- ards and criteria of applicable law and Executive orders.
