Determinations Required. When a bid is corrected or withdrawn, or correction or withdrawal is denied, the ACCO shall prepare a determination showing that the relief was granted or denied in accordance with these Rules.
Determinations Required. The Dingell Act requires that the United States, acting through Reclamation, make certain findings and determinations regarding the eligibility of the facilities to be transferred and the qualifications of the District. These findings and determinations are set forth below or otherwise contained in this Agreement.
