Data Input Control It will be possible to retrospectively examine and establish whether and by whom Personal Data have been entered, modified or removed from SAP data processing systems. SAP may change these at any time without notice so long as it maintains a comparable or better level of security. Individual measures may be replaced by new measures that serve the same purpose without diminishing the security level protecting Personal Data.
Xxxx Payment Service You can arrange, at your option, for the payment of your current, future and recurring bills from your designated Xxxx Pay Account. For Xxxx Payment Service, your Payee list may include utility companies, merchants, financial institutions, insurance companies, individuals, etc. within the United States whom you wish to pay through Xxxx Payment Service. You must include the full name of the Payee and a complete mailing address and telephone number for each Payee, along with your account number with the Payee, the amount of the Payment, and whether the Payment is recurring. The Financial Institution reserves the right to decline to make Payments to certain persons and entities. You agree that any Payment for taxes, Payments that are court-ordered, government payments and Payments outside of the United States are prohibited and you agree that you will not attempt to use the Service to make these types of Payments. On recurring Payments, it is the responsibility of you or your designated authorized users to update Payee account information as necessary to ensure receipt of payment.
