Common use of Determining a Quorum Clause in Contracts

Determining a Quorum. For purposes of this Agreement, in order for a meeting of Members to be considered duly held with regard to a particular question, a quorum of more than fifty percent (50%) in interest of the Units and/or Preferred Units which are entitled to vote at such meeting on the particular question must be present in person or by proxy.
