DETERMINING CLAIMS FOR BENEFITS. The Trustees shall have full discretionary authority to determine all claims for benefits, provided that they may delegate to the duly designated administrator of the Fund authority to determine such claims initially. Any individual adversely affected by an initial determination of the administrator shall have the right to submit a written appeal to the Trustees (or any committee to which the Trustees have delegated authority). The decision of the Trustees (or committee) shall be final and binding on all parties.
