Determining the Extent of Damage. If the parties cannot agree within fifteen (15) days after the date of the damage whether the repairs and restoration described in subsection 6.01(b) will take more than one hundred and twenty (120) days to make, then the determination will be submitted to arbitration under section 11.01.
