Determining What Employer Owes. A Claim settlement shall be determined for each Claim Settlement Period indicated in the Fee Schedule specifications of the most current ASO BPA. The Claim settlement shall reflect the sum of the following: a. Claim Payments paid by Claim Administrator in the particular Claim Settlement Period. b. Claim Payments paid by Claim Administrator in prior Claim Settlement Periods that have not been included in a prior Claim settlement. c. The Administrative Charges and credits, Surcharges, and other applicable service charges as indicated in the Fee Schedule specifications of the most current ASO BPA of the Agreement and any applicable Supplemental Charge(s).

  • Excluded Employees Employees excluded from the bargaining unit who work for an Employer signatory to this Agreement may participate in any of the foregoing benefits under rules and regulations established by the Trustees.
