Common use of Developer Operating Requirements Clause in Contracts

Developer Operating Requirements. (a) Developer shall comply with all provisions of NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time, which apply to any aspect of the Merchant Transmission Facility’s operations and its participation in NYISO-administered markets. Tariff revisions and/or operating protocols with NYISO, PJM, the Connecting Transmission Owner, and Developer may need to be developed to incorporate the Merchant Transmission Facility into NYISO-administered markets and to coordinate the operational control of the facility.
