Common use of DEVELOPER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE CHARGE Clause in Contracts

DEVELOPER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE CHARGE. After the Developer executes this Agreement the Developer shall not any further mortgage or create any further charge on the Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottees who have taken or agreed to take such Apartment.

DEVELOPER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE CHARGE. After the Developer executes this Agreement the Developer shall not any further mortgage or create any further charge on the Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottees Allottee who have taken or agreed to take such Apartment.

After the Developer executes this Agreement the Developer he shall not any further mortgage or create any further a charge on the Said Apartment and the Building in which the Said Apartment is situated and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottees Allottee who have has taken or agreed to take such Apartmentthe Said Apartment in the said Building.

After the Developer executes this Agreement the Developer he shall not any further mortgage or create any further a charge on the Said Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottees Allottee who have has taken or agreed to take such Said Apartment and Developer shall obtain NOC from the lender for selling the Said Apartment.

After the Developer executes this Agreement the Developer he shall not any further mortgage or create any further a charge on the Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottees Allottee who have has taken or agreed to take such Apartment.

After the Developer executes this Agreement the Developer agreement he shall not any further mortgage or create any further a charge on the Apartment and Apartmentand if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottees Allottee who have has taken or agreed to take such [Apartment/Plot/Building].

DEVELOPER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE CHARGE. After the Developer executes this Agreement the Developer he shall not any further mortgage or create any further a charge on the Apartment Apartment/Building and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottees Purchasers who have taken or agreed to take such [Apartment/Building].

DEVELOPER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE CHARGE. After the Developer executes this Agreement the Developer shall not any further mortgage or create any further charge on the Apartment and covered car parking and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottees Allottee(s) who has/have taken or agreed to take such ApartmentApartment and covered car parking.

DEVELOPER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE CHARGE. After the Developer executes execute this Agreement the Developer shall not create any further mortgage or create any further charge on the Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottees Purchaser who have has taken or agreed to take such Apartment.

DEVELOPER SHALL NOT MORTGAGE OR CREATE CHARGE. 19.1 After the Developer executes this Agreement the Developer he shall not any further mortgage or create any further a charge on the Apartment and if any such mortgage or charge is made or created then notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, such mortgage or charge shall not affect the right and interest of the Allottees Allottee who have has taken or agreed to take such Apartment.
