Common use of Developer’s Submissions for the Project Clause in Contracts

Developer’s Submissions for the Project. Developer shall submit to District for District’s review and approval, the following drawings, plans and specifications (collectively, the “Project Drawings”) for the Project within the timeframes specified below: (a) One hundred percent (100%) complete Schematic Plans, within Sixty (60) days after the Effective Date; and (b) One hundred percent (100%) complete Construction Plans and Specifications within one hundred twenty (120) days after the approval of the Schematic plans by the District, As part of this submission, Developer shall also provide District with a description of all interior and exterior finishes of each Residential Unit and the appliances and equipment to be included therein.
