Development Agreement Compliance Permit. The words “Development Agreement Compliance Permit” shall mean the permit issued by the Town Manager authorizing Development or portions thereof in accordance with this Agreement. A Development Agreement Compliance Permit required by this Agreement shall be in lieu of any Zoning Compliance Permit that might otherwise be required by Section 4.9 of the LUMO.
