Development Agreement Deemed Controlling. This Agreement, once recorded, and any terms, conditions, maps, notes, references, or regulations which are a part of the Agreement shall be considered enforceable elements of the Arlington Municipal Code. In the case of an explicit conflict with any other provisions of the Arlington Municipal Code, this Agreement shall take precedence. Unless otherwise provided by this Agreement, the City’s ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations, and official policies governing permitted land uses, density, design, improvement, and construction standards shall be those City ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations, and official policies in force at the time of the execution of this Agreement.
