Common use of Development and Construction Costs Clause in Contracts

Development and Construction Costs. “Development and Construction Costs” shall mean the sum of all costs incurred in developing, designing and constructing the Gaming Facility and other Improvements, including, without limitation, any costs related to obtaining any Government Agency approvals, architect and engineering services, legal services and other professional services.
