Development and Revision of Distance Education Courses. In requesting the development of distance education courses, academic units and regional campuses shall give priority to Faculty of the unit/campus, consistent with the nature of the course and the qualifications and technical expertise of Faculty. This does not, however, preclude other faculty from developing distance education courses.
