Common use of DEVELOPMENT CHARGES Clause in Contracts

DEVELOPMENT CHARGES. The Owner agrees to pay development charges with respect to the development in accordance with the Municipality's Development Charges By-Law.

DEVELOPMENT CHARGES. The Owner agrees to pay the applicable development charges with respect to the development in accordance with the Municipality's Development Charges Charge By-Lawlaw, as amended, at the time of application for a building permit.

DEVELOPMENT CHARGES. 11.1 The Owner agrees is required to pay development charges with respect to the development Development Charges in accordance with the Municipality's Town’s Development Charges By-Lawlaw.

DEVELOPMENT CHARGES. 10.1 The Owner agrees to pay make payment, if any, of development charges with respect applicable pursuant to the development in accordance with the Municipality's Development Charges By-Lawlaw, as amended from time to time, applicable at the time of building permit issuance.

DEVELOPMENT CHARGES. The Owner agrees to pay the applicable development charges with respect to the development in accordance with the MunicipalityTown's Development Charges By-Law.Law in effect at the time of the issuance of a building permit as a condition of obtaining a building permit for the construction of any and all buildings on the lands.
