DEVELOPMENT CHARGES. 26. The Subdivider shall pay to the County development charges in connection with the subdivision of the Land in accordance with the County's Development Charges By-law applicable to the Land and in force from time to time as and when applications for building permits are made for the buildings and structures on the lots and blocks shown on the Plan; and the parties agree that, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the County's Development Charges By-law, no development charge with respect to water supply services, storm sewer services, transportation services and electrical and energy services, and sanitary waste disposal will be payable at the time of the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
