Development of a Retirement Benefit Trust. At such time that the parties have negotiated an Employer contribution towards a retirement benefit, the parties shall join a multi-employer Xxxx-Xxxxxxx trust for the purpose of providing retirement benefits to unionized home care workers in Washington State. The Employer agrees to become and remain a participating member of the trust.
