Development of Program of Study. The Resident agrees to develop and follow a personal program of study and professional growth with guidance from the Program Director and faculty in order to demonstrate ability to assume graded and increasing responsibility for patient care. Furthermore, the Resident agrees to participate in safe, effective and compassionate patient care under supervision commensurate with their level of training and responsibility.
