Common use of Development of Program Study Clause in Contracts

Development of Program Study. The Resident shall develop a personal program of study and professional growth with guidance from the teaching medical staff and demonstrate ability to assume graded and increasing responsibility for patient care. Furthermore, Resident shall participate in safe, effective, and compassionate patient care under supervision, commensurate with the level of advancement and responsibility.

The Resident must participate fully in the educational activities of the Program and, if required by the Program, assume responsibility for teaching and supervising medical students and junior residents.
