Common use of Development Plan Update Clause in Contracts

Development Plan Update. The Contractor shall develop the Commercial Discovery in accordance with the approved Development Plan. The Contractor from time to time may propose changes to the Development Plan, in terms of Annex 8 subject to approval by the CNH. The CNH may consult the Agency and the Ministry of Economy within the scope of its legal attributions and will decide on the proposed Development Plan on the terms provided by the Applicable Laws.

The Contractor from time to time may propose changes to the Development Plan, in terms of Annex 8 subject to the approval by of the CNH. The CNH may consult the Agency and the Ministry of Economy within the scope of its legal attributions and will decide on the proposed Development Plan on update in a term that shall not exceed one hundred and twenty (120) Days from the terms receipt of the complete and necessary information as provided by the Applicable Laws.
