Common use of Development Rights Clause in Contracts

Development Rights. Schedule 7.20 hereto sets forth a list of all material agreements entered into by HHTI or any of the HHTI Subsidiaries relating to the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, capital improvement or construction of hotels or additions thereto or other real estate properties, which acquisition, development or construction has not been substantially completed as of the date of this Agreement. Such agreements, true and correct copies of all of which have been delivered to STH, have not been modified and are valid and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.
