Developmental Extracurricular Activity Fund (DECAF. a. The building principal of Knollwood will be granted a DECAF fund equal to fifteen (15%) of the base salary of the teacher’s salary schedule. The building principal of Forestlawn will be granted a DECAF fund equal to five percent (5%) of the base salary of the teacher’s salary schedule. The building principal of Brookside Intermediate School will be granted a DECAF fund equal to twenty percent (20%) of the base salary of the teacher’s salary schedule. The building principal of Brookside Middle School will be granted a DECAF fund equal to ten percent (10%) of the base salary of the teacher’s salary schedule.
