Deviations or Exceptions to Contract Specifications. The SOI has provided a standard agreement to each Respondent selected for negotiations. This standard agreement is intended to reduce the period for negotiations. Northampton County does not intend to deviate from this standard agreement except as necessary to incorporate specific provisions. If this submittal is premised upon any deviation, qualification and/or exception to the standard terms and conditions of the Municipal Waste Processing/ Disposal Capacity and Integrated Waste and Recyclables Management Service Agreement section of this Solicitation of Interest, the Respondent must detail such deviations and/or exceptions in the following section (attach separate sheets, if necessary).
