Common use of Device Protection Plan Clause in Contracts

Device Protection Plan. The School District of West Salem provides an optional device protection plan for device damage. This coverage is subject to a $50 per laptop, or $25 per iPad user fee annually. With this coverage a student will be charged when the device is damaged, excluding total loss / damage (see 2.2 Gross Negligence).
