Common use of Devices Clause in Contracts

Devices. For some of the Online Services, you must purchase separately a compatible web-enabled mobile device with a compatible operating system. The list of approved compatible devices is subject to change with or without notice. It is imperative that you install the latest version of your devices’ operating system, and the latest version of the Mobile Banking application. You are responsible for the purchase, installation, maintenance and operation of your computer, mobile device and any software. We will not be responsible for any errors or failures involving any cellular service, Wi-Fi service, Internet service, software installation or malfunctions of your computer or mobile device and related equipment. You agree and understand that the Online Services may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile networks, such as while roaming or while in “dead zones.”
