Tampering with the Device Clause Samples

The "Tampering with the Device" clause prohibits any unauthorized modification, alteration, or interference with a device covered by the agreement. In practice, this means users are not allowed to open, repair, or alter the device’s hardware or software without explicit permission from the provider or manufacturer. Such a clause typically applies to leased, rented, or provided equipment and may specify consequences like voiding warranties or incurring penalties if tampering occurs. Its core function is to protect the integrity and functionality of the device, ensuring it remains safe, reliable, and compliant with regulatory or contractual standards.
Tampering with the Device. You may not change the electronic serial number or equipment identifier of your Device or perform a factory reset of your Device without first getting our written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate your Service immediately should you tamper with the Device, leaving you responsible for the full month's charges to the end of the current term, including without limitation unbilled charges, plus any applicable disconnect fee, all of which immediately become due and payable.
Tampering with the Device. You agree not to change the electronic serial number or equipment identifier of the Device, or to perform a factory reset of the Device, without express permission from New Era Broadband Services in each instance. Doing so shall constitute a violation of this Agreement.
Tampering with the Device. Customer may not change the electronic serial number, equipment identifier, encryption keys, other authentication, technical data of the Device, or perform a factory reset of the Device without first getting Company’s written consent.
Tampering with the Device. If the Device is tampered with, disconnected or completely removed, the Device will not work to collect and transmit data. Those Services which depend on current transmission of Data by the Device (such as current vehicle location) will be unavailable, and historical information made available through the Services will become inaccurate and/or incomplete.
Tampering with the Device. You agree not to change the electronic serial number or equipment identifier of the ATA Device, or to perform a factory reset of the ATA Device, without express permission from Royell in each instance. Doing so shall constitute a violation of this Agreement.
Tampering with the Device. Peopleline reserves the right to terminate your Service should you tamper with the Device without Peopleline's authorization. You agree not to change the electronic serial number or equipment identifier of the Device, or to perform a factory reset of the Device, without express permission from Peopleline. Should your service be terminated due to Device tampering, you will be responsible for the full month's charges to the end of the current term, including without limitation unbilled charges, all of which immediately become due and payable.

  • Covenant Running with the Land The terms, conditions, rights, obligations, benefits, covenants and restrictions of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed covenants running with the land, and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Developer and its heirs, representatives, successors and assigns. This Agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated into each deed and conveyance of the Property or any portion thereof hereafter made by any other Developers of the Property, regardless of whether this Agreement is expressly referenced therein.

  • Covenants Running with the Land All Obligations contained in this Mortgage are intended by Mortgagor and Mortgagee to be, and shall be construed as, covenants running with the Land. As used herein, “Mortgagor” shall refer to the party named in the first paragraph of this Mortgage and to any subsequent owner of all or any portion of the Mortgaged Property. All Persons who may have or acquire an interest in the Mortgaged Property shall be deemed to have notice of, and be bound by, the terms of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents; provided, however, that no such party shall be entitled to any rights thereunder without the prior written consent of Mortgagee.
