Common use of Devices Clause in Contracts

Devices. PCS may recommend or supply Devices (in accordance with Section 5 hereof) to access the Subscription Services. The use of the Devices which are not supplied or recommended by PCS is at the Customer’s own risk and PCS will not provide the technical support for the Subscription Services for incidents caused by the use of such Device. It is Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all Devices are kept up to date with the latest operating system and patches provided by the device manufacturer. PCS cannot be held responsible for the performance of the Subscription Service on Devices which do not utilise the latest release of the Device operating system. A User will need to be able to access and use a Wi-Fi connection if accessing the Subscription Service using a mobile Device. If a User elects to use a mobile Device for any other purpose, for example, inserting a SIM card and using mobile telephony services, they do so at their own risk, and PCS accepts no responsibility for such use or if such use adversely affects or impacts use of the Subscription Service.
