Common use of DexCom’s Testing and Regulatory Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

DexCom’s Testing and Regulatory Responsibilities. 4.2.1 DexCom will be responsible for performing and leading all regulatory testing and related tasks for the DexCom CGM Devices, and the DexCom CGM App, including all necessary related translations, and for the avoidance of doubt, the DexCom System. 4.2.2 DexCom will designate personnel to provide reasonable support for Tandem in testing of the Combined System Implementations as related to performance of the DexCom CGM Devices and the DexCom CGM App.

DexCom’s Testing and Regulatory Responsibilities. 4.2.1 4.3.1 DexCom will be responsible for performing and leading all regulatory testing and related tasks for CGM, including the DexCom CGM DevicesPatient Interface, and the DexCom CGM App, including all necessary related translations, and for the avoidance of doubt, the DexCom System. 4.2.2 4.3.2 DexCom will designate personnel to provide all reasonable support for Tandem Insulet in testing of the Combined System Implementations CGM Patient Interface. 4.3.3 DexCom will, as related reasonably requested by Insulet, participate in joint meetings with Insulet with relevant regulatory bodies as reasonably necessary to performance support regulatory approval of the DexCom CGM Devices Insulin Delivery System and the DexCom CGM AppPlatform.
