DFAT rights. (a) DFAT reserves the right to publicise and report on the awarding of the grant funding under this Agreement, and may do this by, amongst other means, including the Recipient's name, any Subcontractor's name, the amount of the Total Funds and a brief description of the Activity on websites and in media releases, general announcements about the DFAT's grant programs and annual reports. (b) Without limiting any other right of DFAT, DFAT may disclose information about this Agreement, the Recipient or the Activity to any State or Territory government of Australia or a Partner Government.
