Common use of DFAT rights Clause in Contracts

DFAT rights. ‌ (a) subject to Clause 31.5 (Consequences of termination) and 33.1(c) (Termination for conve nie nce), DFAT is not obliged to pay to the Recipient any outstanding amount of grant funding under this Agreement; and (b) DFAT is entitled to exercise any right to recover from the Recipient, including under Clause 11 (Repayme nt) and Clause 13 (Assets).
