DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING Sample Clauses

The Diagnostic Imaging clause defines the terms and conditions under which diagnostic imaging services, such as X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans, are provided or reimbursed within an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of covered imaging procedures, any requirements for pre-authorization, and the responsibilities of the parties regarding costs and scheduling. This clause ensures that both parties understand the extent of coverage and the process for accessing diagnostic imaging, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying financial and procedural obligations.
