Dialing Parity. The Parties shall provide Dialing Parity to each other as required under Section 251(b)(3) of the Act. In addition, SBC-AMERITECH shall meet the requirements under Section 271(e)(2)(A), except as may be limited by Section 271(e)(2)(B) of the Act.
