Operator Services and Directory Assistance. 6.1. With respect to operator services and directory assistance associated with INP for CLEC subscribers, Sprint shall provide the following: 70.6.1.1. Sprint shall allow CLEC to order provisioning of Telephone Line Number (TLN) calling cards and Billed Number Screening (BNS), in its LIDB, for ported numbers, as specified by CLEC. Operator Services and Directory Assistance. GTE will provide OS and DA to NEWSOUTH in accordance with the terms set forth as follows: 11.1 When OS and/or DA is to be provided for calls that originate from a CLECs own switch, GTE will provide branded or unbranded OS and/or DA pursuant to separate contracts to be negotiated in good faith between the parties after execution and approval of this Agreement by the Commission. (Refer to Article VIII for further details). 11.2 When OS and/or DA is to be provided for calls that originate from an unbundled Port with Local Switching, as provided herein, and branding is not requested, the CLECs calls will access GTE’s OS and/or DA platform and will be processed in the same manner as GTE calls. 11.3 When OS and/or DA is to be provided for calls that originate from an unbundled port with local switching, as provided herein, and either branding or unbranding is requested, GTE will provide such unbranding or rebranding on a switch-by-switch basis, subject to capability and capacity limitations where customized routing is Currently Available. Upon receipt of an order for unbranding or rebranding, GTE will implement within 90 Business Days when technically capable. 11.4 NEWSOUTH will be billed charges for OS and DA and a charge for unbranding or rebranding and Customized Routing as set forth in Section 12.2. In addition, charges specified in Section 12.4 will apply. 11.5 For those offices that NEWSOUTH has requested GTE to rebrand and/or unbrand OS and DA, GTE will provide it where GTE performs its own OS and DA service subject to capability and capacity limitations where Customized Routing is Currently Available. If GTE uses a third-party contractor to provide OS or DA, GTE will not provide branding nor will GTE negotiate it with a third party on behalf of NEWSOUTH. NEWSOUTH must negotiate with the third party. In these instances, NEWSOUTH will need to purchase customized routing to differentiate OS/DA traffic from GTE’s.
Operator Services and Directory Assistance. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that, following the Closing, Buyer shall provide all subscriber list information gathered in its capacity as a provider of local exchange service on a timely and unbundled basis, under nondiscriminatory and reasonable rates, terms and conditions, to any person requesting such information for any lawful purpose in any format, including but not limited to Seller and its Affiliates. Buyer's listing information will be treated the same as Seller's end user listings for purposes of additional listings and dissemination of listings to directory publishers, directory assistance providers, or other third parties. Seller will incorporate listings information in all existing and future directory assistance applications developed by Seller. Buyer authorizes Seller to sell and otherwise make listings available to directory publishers, directory assistance providers, and other third parties. Listings shall not be provided or sold in such a manner as to segregate end users by carrier. Seller will not charge for updating and maintaining the listings database.
Operator Services and Directory Assistance. 4.5.1 Where BA has control of directory listing for NXX codes containing ported numbers, BA shall maintain entries for ported numbers as mutually agreed by the Parties. 4.5.2 When NP is in place, if Integrated Services Digital Network User Part (“ISUP”) signaling is used, BA shall provide the JIP in the SS7 IAM, assuming the necessary LRN software is available from the switch manufacturer and is loaded in the specific switch that will populate the JIP parameter per the timetable set by the FCC and Commission. (See Generic Switching and Signaling Requirements for Number Portability, Issue 1.0, February 12, 1996 [Editor - Lucent Technologies, Inc.]). BA shall provide a 10-digit Global Title Translation (“GTT”) Node for routing queries for TCAP-based operator services (e.g., LIDB). BA shall meet all requirements specified in “Generic Operator Services Switching Requirements for Number Portability,” Issue 1.00, Final Draft, April 12, 1996 [Editor - Nortel], assuming the necessary LRN software is available from the switch manufacturer and is loaded in the specific switch that will provide operator services per the timetable set by the FCC and Commission.

Operator Services and Directory Assistance. With respect to Operator Services and Directory Assistance associated with NP for AT&T subscribers, U S WEST shall provide the following: (a) While INP is deployed and prior to conversion to PNP: i. The Parties acknowledge that technology, as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, does not permit the provision of BLV/BLI to ported numbers. When such becomes available in the U S WEST network, such technology shall be made available to AT&T. ii. U S WEST shall allow AT&T to order provisioning of Telephone Line Number (TLN) calling cards and Billed Number Screening (BNS), in its LIDB, for ported numbers, as specified by AT&T. U S WEST shall continue to allow AT&T access to its LIDB. Other LIDB provisions are specified in this Agreement.
