Dieback Prevention. The Lessee must use its best endeavours to prevent the introduction of dieback on the Premises and the Land and, in particular and without limiting the Lessee’s obligations in this regard, ensure that all soil that is brought onto the Land or the Premises is certified as being free of dieback.
